Three Sisters

Difficulty

Overview

Three Sisters is considered one of the hardest HCE dungeons in the game. The final encounter has 3 mini-bosses that share HP — if you kill one before the others, the remaining sister resurrects the fallen one. Requires extreme burst coordination and perfect rotations.

Morgana-themed map with high incoming magic damage and mechanics that punish positioning. From level 8+ it becomes a real wall for groups without experience. At level 15+ it's considered pure endgame content.

Mechanics

The 3 sisters have distinct roles: the Healer (heals the other 2, high priority for CC), the Mage (strong AoE magic, kill casters), the Warrior (tanky melee, group cleave).

Shared HP rule: when one drops below 20% HP, the other two enter frenzy (damage +50%). You must sync the final burst to drop them all in a 3–5 second window or wipe.

During the fight, Morgana runes appear on the floor — they buff the damage of whoever stands on them. Correct positioning is 30% of the clear.

Boss abilities: The Three Morgana Sisters

Healing Wave (Healer)

AoE heal on all 3 sisters for 15% HP every 20s. Interrupt with stun/silence or you'll never close the fight.

Arcane Storm (Mage)

Rain of magic projectiles in a 10m cone. 20k direct damage if not dodged. Telegraphed by a purple circle on the floor.

Whirlwind (Warrior)

The Warrior spins, cleaving everything within 5m. Tank must kite away from the group during this phase.

Shared Frenzy

Triggers when any sister drops below 20% HP. The other two gain +50% damage. Your signal to "all-in burst now".

Resurrection

If you kill a sister before the others are below 25% HP, someone resurrects the fallen one at 50% HP. Never kill one solo — always coordinate.

Level progression

Level 1-5

Learning phase. Not recommended as your first HCE — practice in Fungicide or Recruitment first.

If you insist: T5 Excellent minimum, healer with Wildstaff for cleanse.

Level 6-10

T6 Excellent. You start feeling real damage from the Mage — healer needs Hallowfall or Redemption for magic debuff cleanse.

Standard comp is Tank + Healer + 3 DPS (1 melee, 2 ranged). Melee focuses the Healer (silence), ranged control Mage and Warrior.

Boss phases

  • Phase 1 (100–80% combined): learn each sister's patterns.
  • Phase 2 (80–40% combined): coordinated burst on Healer while tank kites Warrior.

Recommended builds

Level 11-15

T7 Outstanding/Excellent, .2 enchant minimum. Avalonian omelette food.

From level 13+ the floor runes are mandatory — if your DPS doesn't stand on them, you can't reach the burst window.

Voice comms mandatory. Key call-out is "3, 2, 1 burst" when all 3 are below 25%.

Boss phases

  • Phase 1 (100–70% combined): warmup, learn skill timing.
  • Phase 2 (70–35% combined): magic damage spikes, healer tryhard.
  • Phase 3 burst (35–0% combined): 5-second window to drop all 3. Any saved damage CD goes here.

Recommended builds

Level 16-18

Absolute endgame. T8 Masterpiece, .3/.4 enchant, Avalonian potion. No room for error.

Meta comp documented in the official HCE Discord: Camlann Tank + Great Holy Healer + 2x Permafrost + 1x Lifecurse/Weeping Repeater.

Author's note: up to level 14 is clearable with good coordination. 15+ requires optimized gear and a trained fixed group. Levels 17–18 are only done by consolidated Discord groups.

Boss phases

  • Same 3 phases, but the burst window shrinks to 3 seconds.
  • The Healer restores +20% HP per cast. Silence mandatory on at least 2 of every 3 casts.
  • If someone dies in Phase 3, guaranteed wipe. No comeback.

Tips & tricks

  • Never kill a sister before the others are below 25% HP — she revives and you lose the run.
  • Mark the Healer with a visible skull. She's priority #1 for silence.
  • Tank must use Camlann (Hammer Avalon) or Bedrock Mace for CC on the Healer every time she starts casting the healing wave.
  • Healer uses Hallowfall Undead + Torch for AoE cleanse of the Mage's debuffs.
  • Ranged DPS prioritize the Mage to cut incoming group damage.
  • Practice the Phase 3 burst on dummies — the window is too short to think in real combat.

Rewards

Average silver per run (level 12): 200k–400k — among the most lucrative HCE.

Potential drops: Morgana artifacts (Camlann Mace, Spiritcutter, Black Monk Stave), Morgana runes, soul shards, Avalonian shards.

Top boss drop: Spirit Hood / Spirit Armor / Spirit Shoes (full Morgana Stalker set) — valuable for PvP.
