By accessing or using Albion Price ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Albion Price is an informational web tool that displays Albion Online market prices (community-sourced data), curated builds, content guides and comparison utilities. The Service is offered free of charge.

We are not affiliated with Sandbox Interactive GmbH nor Albion Online. Game names, brands, data and images are property of their respective owners and are used solely for informational purposes.

3. Disclaimer

The Service is offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that displayed prices are accurate, current or complete. Data comes from the Albion Online Data Project, which depends on players running clients — it may be outdated or incorrect.

Guides and builds reflect community opinions and are not authoritative advice. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including in-game silver losses, items, time or opportunities.

Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Service is to stop using it.

5. User conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to: (a) attempt to damage, attack or overload our infrastructure; (b) use bots, automated scrapers or similar tools without permission; (c) violate intellectual property rights; (d) use the Service for illegal purposes.

We reserve the right to block access to IPs or users who abuse the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's source code, design, original guide writing and build curation are property of Albion Price unless otherwise noted.

Game data, item names, images and mechanics are property of Sandbox Interactive GmbH. They are used for informational purposes under fair use / fair dealing.

7. Ads and monetization

The Service may display ads from Google AdSense or other providers. Those ads are selected and served by third parties. We do not endorse advertised products or services.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be visibly announced on the site and the "last updated" date above is kept current. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
